Our design and creation process is very transparent so you know what to expect at every step of the way.

An initial chat and coffee to discuss your brief. We charge £350 + VAT for this in an effort to keep things fair for everyone, but travel charges may apply depending where we’re needed.

We address the design issues of interest to you based on a supplied estimated time fee.

We implement our designs – having agreed a detailed written estimate for supply of goods and services.
Our Story
Caroline and Simon set up The Tenament Limited Design in the 1990’s so that they could share their experience in the industry with homeowners, corporate clients and property specialists.
Today, The Tenament Limited Design is a close-knit team of passionate interior designers working throughout Devon, Cornwall, the South West and beyond.
Carrying out work in both the residential and commercial sectors, they create inspiring spaces for the home, office and hospitality, along with award winning spa interior design.
